Respect and Dignity: We treat all people with respect and dignity regardless of gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, age, physical & cognitive condition, or social and economic status.
Zero Tolerance: We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, harassment or assault. We are firmly against it and set clear boundaries.
Open Communication: We create a culture of open and trusting communication. Everyone is encouraged to report discrimination or assault. We advocate for appropriate action to prevent and remedy. Concerns are received and addressed discreetly by us.
Accountability: Each of us is responsible for implementing these principles. We work together to create a respectful community.
We view these principles as the foundation for how we treat each other. We stand together against discrimination and assault and work to create a community where everyone can feel safe and valued.
